This comparison sets out the published fees side by side so you can work out which suits the way you cook. SpareKitchen figures are our current pricing: a flat 8% vendor fee on top of the rent, 0% for hosts, and no fee on a vendor’s first booking.

On published fees, SpareKitchen charges vendors 8% with no minimum and hosts 0%. Oya lists 10% for vendors with a £200 + VAT monthly or £500 + VAT one-off minimum, and 15% for hosts with a £250 + VAT minimum (checked 25 October 2026).
