List your kitchen free and keep the full rent

Hosts pay nothing to list a kitchen on SpareKitchen and nothing when it is booked. You set your own price per shift, day or month and receive that full amount. The only fee on the platform is a flat 8% that vendors pay on top of the rent at checkout, so it never comes out of your payout. Monthly bookings work the same way: the vendor pays the fee on top of each month’s rent. Payouts are made weekly through Stripe Connect, and there is no minimum, no subscription and no management fee.
