What you need before you hire a kitchen

Before a host confirms a booking, they need to know you can cook safely and legally in their kitchen. SpareKitchen asks every vendor for the same four documents and keeps them in a document vault, so you upload them once and reuse them for every booking. This guide lists what we ask for and why each item matters to a host. It does not replace advice from your local council’s environmental health team, which handles food business registration and inspections where you trade.
